Attorney Louis Spitters brings 25 years of litigation experience to his San Jose, California law practice. He was born, raised and educated in the South Bay Area. After obtaining a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University, he attended the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. Following his admission to the bar in 1983, Mr. Spitters worked for a litigation firm in Los Angeles for several years before returning the Bay Area. He then worked as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Jose and for a San Jose firm before founding the Law Offices of Louis Spitters in 1993.
Over the ensuing 15 years, my practice has grown due to my dedication to my clients, and the effective manner in which I have represented their interests. Instrumental in achieving successful results for my clients is the collaborative manner in which I handle their matters, actively involving them the development and presentation of their cases.
